  I honestly don't believe my dresses and trench coat were cleaned; only steamed and pressed. One dress still had stains on it and they all smelled the same as when I last wore them out. And not only was the belt to my trench coat lost, I could still smell my own perfume on the coat. All this for close to forty dollars. I also noticed that the business is just a big room with a standard washer/dryer, ironing board, and clothes racks; no professional dry cleaning equipment. I could have saved myself some money and just washed everything by hand at home. Very disappointed!
